Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a diligent Logistics Coordinator to support receiving, inventory control, and documentation management activities. This role involves verifying incoming materials, entering data into the inventory system, and coordinating material movement throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organized, with experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Enter and maintain inventory transactions within the company system.
  • Scan, upload, and organize receiving documentation.
  • Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist with shipping and outbound order preparation.
  • Maintain organized inventory and documentation files.
  • Support inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in receiving, tracking, and processing inventory.
  • Comfortable working within an ERP, inventory, or warehouse management system.
  • Ability to scan, upload, and maintain supporting documentation.
