As a Logistics Manager at UVeye, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations across the world and mainly in North America. You will take ownership of complex logistical processes, ensuring seamless coordination of shipments, adherence to regulatory requirements, and alignment with trade laws and operational goals. Responsible for developing scalable logistics strategies that support rapid company growth, customer deployments, and global expansion. Own end-to-end logistics and inventory performance while driving process transformation, systems modernization, and operational excellence across transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics, and inventory governance. Serve as the primary operational leader for global logistics, inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment-related initiatives while partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Customer Success, and external logistics providers.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead day-to-day logistics operations, providing direct leadership to the Logistics Coordinator and partnering with the Warehouse Manager in Israel to ensure alignment across global logistics operations.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring materials are delivered on time to support customer installations and operational needs.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize cost, service, and delivery performance.
  • Oversee import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and maintaining accurate shipping documentation.
  • Track freight shipments and provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders, resolving logistics issues to minimize operational impact.
  • Support inventory accuracy by coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions within NetSuite.
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Success, and external vendors to support customer delivery requirements and large-scale deployment projects.
  • Develop and improve logistics processes, standard operating procedures, and scalable warehouse and 3PL operations across the U.S. and Israel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, freight management, or warehouse operations, including experience leading logistics teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing domestic and international transportation, including import/export compliance, customs regulations, freight forwarding, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and monitor KPIs, interpret logistics data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Microsoft Excel, and logistics or transportation management systems.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating transportation contracts, and optimizing freight costs.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing global logistics operations across multiple countries and time zones is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting inventory management and warehouse operations in a manufacturing, automotive, or technology environment is preferred.
  • Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are a plus.

Travel Requirements:

10%-15% travel within North America for onsite project support and supplier visits.

Physical Requirements:

This role may involve on-site or field-based activities. Depending on the position, tasks may include extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking; working in and around vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, or warehouse environments; and performing occasional manual tasks such as lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs, bending, or reaching. The role may also require travel, working in varying environmental conditions, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when appropriate. Compensation:

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000.In addition, this position is also eligible for Bonus.
