Job Summary
This management position is responsible for overseeing inventory control operations across a designated region of warehouses. The Regional Inventory Manager ensures inventory accuracy, process compliance, audit readiness, and inventory performance while providing leadership and support to Inventory Control Managers. This role serves as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and the corporate Inventory Control organization to drive accountability, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory Control Management for the Region
Including, but not limited to:
  • Managing Inventory Control Managers across assigned facilities
  • Ensuring compliance with company inventory policies and procedures
  • Driving inventory accuracy improvement initiatives
  • Overseeing cycle count and physical inventory programs
  • Monitoring inventory adjustments and root cause analysis
  • Conducting inventory audits and process reviews
  • Supporting warehouse leadership in inventory-related initiatives
  • Developing and delivering inventory control training programs
  • Implementing inventory best practices and standard operating procedures

Manages Various Business Goals Including, but not Limited to:
  • Inventory Accuracy Goals
  • Cycle Count Compliance Goals
  • Physical Inventory Execution

Minimum Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of related warehouse and inventory management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with inventory control processes and warehouse management systems
  • Experience leading multi-site operations preferred
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
