Job Title:  Yard - Intern  

Employment Type:   Intern 

Division: Field Operations 

Department: Yard 

Work Schedule: Full-time/40-hours - In Person  

Salary Range: $24 - $29/hour 

The Yard Intern will gain hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations while supporting project sites through material management, equipment handling, and process improvement initiatives. This role combines physical, operational, and analytical responsibilities with a focus on efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer service. 

Responsibilities / Essential Functions 
  • Analyze new business opportunities to improve operational efficiency. 
  • Identify opportunities to support sustainability initiatives through new technologies and process improvements. 
  • Assist with general warehouse and yard operations as needed. 
  • Gain exposure to the materials, tools, and equipment used on project sites. 
  • Learn warehouse, yard, and logistics operations with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service to project teams and job sites.
