Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Safety Excellence, Operational Excellence, and Strategy for logistics (inventory, warehousing, transportation); align strategic plans with global and regional objectives; foster a zero‑hurt culture.
  • Oversee continuous improvement initiatives in logistics to meet customer demands and corporate guidelines; develop regional strategies aligned with broader company objectives.
  • Provide strong team leadership and development; ensure growth plans for all team members and identify high‑potential employees for advancement.
  • Ensure comprehensive EHS leadership with full regulatory compliance; actively document and address safety shortcomings.
  • Drive Emergency Preparedness and Risk Mitigation; implement measures to minimize harm to people, environment, and property; oversee proper handling and storage of materials.
  • Support Quality and Audit Compliance; lead and participate in audits; build team capabilities to maintain high compliance with corporate standards.
  • Manage Budgets and Cost Control; implement cost‑saving initiatives and oversee procurement to optimize spending and operational costs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication; maintain timely, transparent communication with all relevant departments on safety, security, and compliance changes.
Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience with managerial responsibility; deep expertise in logistics/distribution and market awareness.

OR Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, International Business/Trade, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or another closely related engineering, business, or technical field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, NEBOSH/OSHA) related to logistics, safety, or quality management.
  • Global/Regional Exposure: Experience operating in or across multiple regions, with knowledge of international regulatory standards and cultural nuances.
  • Results‑driven, accountable, customer‑oriented, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaborative teamwork.

We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences. We believe that this variety drives excellence and innovation, strengthening our ability to lead in science and technology.
