About the Role:
Reliant Logistics is looking for motivated and reliable drivers to deliver packages on local FedEx routes right here in Beaverton, OR. If you love being on the road, staying active, and taking pride in getting packages to customers on time, this is the opportunity for you. Join a team that keeps communities connected — one delivery at a time.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive and deliver packages on assigned local FedEx routes throughout the Portland, Beaverton and Southern Washington. 
  • Operate company-provided Mercedes Sprinter vans safely and responsibly
  • Load, organize, and sort packages for efficient route delivery
  • Scan and confirm package deliveries using handheld devices
  • Provide excellent customer-facing service during drop-offs
  • Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates or delivery issues
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
  • Comfortable navigating local routes using GPS and delivery apps
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
  • Previous delivery, logistics, or driving experience is a plus but not required
