What the Job Looks Like
  • Shifts typically run 8โ€“10 hours. Four shifts per week is considered full-time.
  • Routes range from about 90 to 200 stops per day, requiring drivers to get in and out of the van frequently, walk driveways, and climb stairs.
  • Nursery routes are provided during training โ€” between 6 and 18 driver-specific routes โ€” before transitioning to full routes.
  • Use a company-provided device for routing and delivery details.
  • Drive safely in all weather conditions.
  • Strict attendance is required โ€” reliable drivers are key to maintaining our high-performance culture.
  • Be customer obsessed: every package delivered with accuracy and care.
Basic Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with 2 points or less, no SR-22.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Must be able to work at least one weekend day.
