Warehouse Logistics Associate (Onsite - Renton, WA)

We are hiring Warehouse Logistics Associates to support day-to-day operations at our Kent and Renton facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring that equipment and materials are received, processed, organized, and prepared for redeployment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is an onsite role with opportunities to grow and contribute to a team that values accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, scan, and record incoming shipments from mailroom or service centers.
  • Unpack, sort, and prepare items for storage or redeployment.
  • Clean, organize, and prepare equipment for shipment or reuse.
  • Package and label items for outbound shipping, returns, or storage.
  • Pick, stow, and stage orders to support daily operations.
  • Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Support order fulfillment, including bulk or special requests.
  • Assist with warehouse organization, stocking, and occasional project work.
  • Meet baseline performance and accuracy standards while following safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory support is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Ability to learn and follow inventory processes and procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Comfortable using handheld scanners, computers, or basic inventory tools (training provided).
Work Environment
  • This position is performed onsite at our Kent and Renton warehouse facilities.

Physical Requirements
