We are looking for Driver Associates who want to grow their career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. At W.E.S. Logistics LLC, we exceed customer and road safety standards. We are a team-oriented company that listens to, invests in, and promotes our top employees. Management opportunities are available for high-performing associates (Lead Driver, Dispatcher, and more). W.E.S. Logistics LLC is based out of DGT8 in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times.
  • Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
  • Comfortable driving and working in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Load and unload packages for delivery throughout the shift.
  • Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
  • Perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Enter and exit a van and navigate stairs throughout the shift.
Scheduling
  • Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day
  • Shifts are available 7 days per week
  • 4-day workweek for full-time employees
  • Part-time scheduling available
Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience within the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a 4-Panel drug screening (does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
