Job description

Adecco is assisting a client in Williston, VT in their search for an Administrative Support Associate. This is a part-time, in-office opportunity for a detail-oriented and professional individual who enjoys supporting a busy team and contributing to successful events and projects.
Schedule
Ideally, this position will work approximately 5-6 hours per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, although flexibility with days and hours is highly preferred. No weekend work is required.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to office staff and meeting planners.

  • Assist with data entry and accuracy checks of event and attendee lists.

  • Prepare materials for events, including name tags, registration items, and related documents.

  • Support speaker and sponsor coordination for meetings and events.

  • Develop, review, and cross-check reports for accuracy.

  • Research locations, transportation options, and logistics for off-site events.

  • Conduct research on future event venues and gather vendor proposals for client reporting.

  • Maintain organized records and assist with special projects as needed.
