Job description

Job Summary: The Lodge PM Maintenance Supervisor will assist the Manager, AM Supervisor and Team Members, and is responsible for the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property to include grounds, the lodge and indoor waterpark. The Maintenance Supervisor must know the concept of HVAC systems, needs to perform minor repairs on the HVAC equipment, perform building inspections, perform waterpark inspections, and perform other routine repairs such as carpentry, fiberglass, electrical and plumbing repairs. Shift time is 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm.
Specific Job Duties:
  • Implement, train, and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for the property to include appropriate documentation
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
  • Conduct or oversee daily and continuous walk-through inspections of grounds and building areas
  • Maintain all distribution systems for electricity, water, steam, gas, and maintain and operate air conditioning, heater, ventilation, and refrigeration system
  • Ensure timely response to service requests by guests, employees, and management to repair or replace interior fixtures or furnishings
  • Maintain adequate inventory of parts, tools, and supplies
  • Train and supervise maintenance team in all areas of Lodge and Water Park maintenance and assist training for other team members on safety and emergency
  • Manage all scheduling for the department
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area free of hazards
  • Provides maintenance team with daily work Maintain tracking sheets for daily work orders
  • Checks and communicates with all the various section heads regarding their engineering and maintenance requirements
  • Be familiar with building fire alarm system, and evacuation procedures, and respond to all alarms and emergency
  • Light carpentry work, drywall repairs and touch up
  • Ensure on-call person is aware and available to take calls and perform On-call shifts as
  • Other duties as

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general commercial maintenance
  • Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Should possess practical skill and proficient knowledge in construction
  • Must be able to troubleshoot problems and make decisions clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow Team Members
  • Must possess strong safety sensitivity & ability to work with many different types of devices
  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights up to and in excess of , crawling and working in confined spaces and lifting up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures. Must possess the physical dexterity to operate hand tools and motor vehicles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong and effective leadership skills
  • Must have hand tools to perform required duties and tasks as assigned, specialty tools provided
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hr based on experience.
