We Integrate Our Team Virtually With Local Facility Staff Including Radiologists, Hospitalists, Pharmacists, Nurses, And Therapists For Ongoing Collaboration For Admitted Patients, Aiming To Keep Care Local, Minimize Length Of Stay And Prevent Unnecessary Transfers. Exams Include Most Neurological Diagnoses (Sub-Acute, Some Limited Scope With Telepresentation Exam Capability). Non-Emergent Admitted Patients Only (Facility Has Emergent Teleneurology Service Available). No Curbside Consults. Exams Conducted With Compliant, Secure Bi-Directional Video Session. Portal Training (Web-Based) For Assignment Of Case Referrals And Vcdh Case Encounter Data. Along With Baseline Phi Of Patients Needing To Be Rounded On.
