Job description

ThedaCare is seeking an NP/PA to work with our Cardiovascular Care team located at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton. 

  • APC will do inpatient rounding and work in the clinic with Physician oversite 50/50 mix with IP and OP, but days vary. We are attempting to streamline and create care teams.  This means they may work more often with a provider, but would work with other providers to cover vacations, etc. 
  • APC will see general cardiology, structural and interventional patients
  • Will supervise the Tilt table testing
  • Call rotation is no more than 1 out of every 6 weekend – this does vary based on staffing
  • Call is Saturday and Sunday from 8-12, but could be later depending on patient census.  This would include calls and rounding in the hospital with the provider.
  • Cardiology service area includes, TCA/TCN, Waupaca, Shawano, Berlin, NL and Clintonville, some travel is expected
  • TCA 4 cath labs – Philips labs, ACC credited
  • TCN 2 cath labs
  • Epic EMR
