NexGen Orthopedics is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and patient-focused Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in minimally invasive shoulder and knee procedures to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team in a growing practice with strong long-term growth potential for the right candidate.


The successful candidate will work closely with pain management specialists, chiropractors, and physical therapists to provide comprehensive, operative and non-operative care to treat a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal disorders involving the shoulder and knee; reducing surgical trauma; improving recovery times; and improving patient function through personalized treatment and collaborative approaches.


This is a unique opportunity for a surgeon and forward-thinking clinician with expertise in knee, shoulder and sports medicine who thrives in a collaborative environment focused on designing both operative and non-operative treatment pathways to ensure the best patient outcomes.
