Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians for an exciting locum tenens opportunity in Enid, OK. This role offers flexible scheduling, a well-supported emergency department, and strong specialty backup in a Level III Trauma Center.

Opportunity Details:

  • Location: Enid, Oklahoma
  • Contract Type: Emergency Medicine Locum Tenens
  • Shift Schedule:
    • Physician Coverage: 12-hour shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a)
    • APP Coverage: 10-hour shifts
  • Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing

  • Trauma Level: III
  • Annual ED Volume: 17,401 visits
  • Admission Rate: 18%
  • Transfer Rate: 3-4%

  • ICU Beds: 10 (Closed ICU, no dedicated intensivist)
  • EMR System: Cerner
  • Radiology Support: CT, Ultrasound, MRI (not 24/7)

Provider Requirements:

  • Board Certification: ABEM or ABFM (with Emergency Medicine experience)
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS (ATLS not required for ABEM-certified providers)
  • Experience: 1+ year Emergency Medicine experience required for non-EM-trained physicians
  • License: Active & Unrestricted Oklahoma Medical License & DEA
