Company: Hicks, Williams, Crawford, & Lynch, located in the Inland Empire, is a full service CPA firm specializing in the dairy and agricultural industry providing accounting, tax, and consulting services. We believe in partnering with our clients so that we fully understand their needs and can then provide expert advice based on years of experience.


Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with a willingness to learn our business in order to meet our client’s needs. A staff accountant will be involved in the following:

  • General ledger accounting and work paper preparation
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Business and individual tax return preparation
  • Payroll and business property tax preparation
  • Tax planning and other projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or masters’ degree
  • 2 to 5 years of public accounting experience
  • CPA licensed or making progress to be certified
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow through skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Pfx Engagement, Lacerte, and QuickBooks, a plus
