Job description

The Tech Support Repair Specialist position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing key cutting machine repair calls as well as repairing key cutting machines onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support through both incoming and outgoing calls
  • Support our locksmith customers with key cutter issues
  • Provide onsite support for key cutting machines

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Bilingual in both English/Spanish

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
