The role requires a balance of hands-on technical depth, strategic leadership, and operational excellence. Success as an Infrastructure Manager is being able to achieve the following expectations: 1. Infrastructure & Network Strategy Define and execute a multi-year infrastructure and network roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy Lead modernization initiatives including cloud adoption (Azure), hybrid infrastructure, and network transformation (SD-WAN, SASE) Establish standards for scalability, redundancy, and performance across 16+ locations Drive simplification and technical debt reduction across legacy environments 2.
