Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

· Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top-tier pest protection.

· Inspect properties and identify pest issues, training provided.

· Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.

· Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.

· Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.

· Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.

Minimum Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)

· Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.

· Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

· Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
