Job description

You will be the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Fabrication) for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for delivering highquality electronic assemblies, machined and welded parts, and safetycritical systems for defense and commercial customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Manager Quality Engineering (Fabrication) you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function that supports the Fabrication area (Welding, Machining, Sheet Metal, Paint, etc).
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supervise direct reports, including career development, performance reviews, and staffing.
Oversee qualityengineering work assignments such as quoting, capacity planning, budgeting, and capital planning.
Lead internal and external IPT meetings, correctiveaction boards, and qualitymetric reviews.
Implement mistakeproofing, continuousimprovement initiatives, and ISO9001/AS9100 compliance.
Collaborate with other LockheedMartin sites to harmonize processes and achieve mission success.
