Electro-Mechanical Assembly 2nd shift

SALT LAKE CITY, UT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 an hour (DOE)

Schedule: 3:00 pm – 12:30 am + 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)

At LACO Technologies, we build custom leak testing and vacuum systems used by leading aerospace, medical, and advanced technology companies — including customers like SpaceX, Tesla, Apple, Lockheed, Google, and BioFire.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components
  • Use-hand and power tools
  • Follow work instructions
  • Perform wiring and connections
  • Test assemblies

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of electro-mechanical assembly, panel building, or wiring experience
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions
  • Experience with control panel assembly or electrical system builds
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (ERP or Microsoft Office a plus)
