THE WORK
The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Lockheed Martin Pilot Fit Facility
(PFF) Lead at Luke Air Force Base. The PFF Project Specialist will be responsible for scheduling Pilot
Flight Equipment (PFE) fittings at the Luke Air Force Base PFF for F-35 pilots from various CONUS and OCONUS services and will notify pilots of their appointment times to report to the PFF. Core responsibilities will include control, schedule, and track customer (pilot) through-put. The PFF Scheduler will develop and track metrics such as student through-put, fitting work in progress, turn-around time (Key Performance Indicators), for both CONUS and OCONUS service customers.
Additionally, the PFF Scheduler will assist the LM PFF Operations Manager with controlling pilot fit
facility processes, subcontractors taskings, and be responsible for material/asset inventory,
delivery, and storage on the Performance Based Logistic (PBL) contract.
Additional duties as assigned. Mission requirements may drive duties hours not identified in the job requisition.
