Job description

Standard Job Description
Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.
This position is located at Ft. Sill Oklahoma in support of the US Army HIMARS. The FSR must possess a detailed understanding of the HIMARS/MLRS systems and associated equipment to include fault isolation, diagnostics and repair of the electrical/hydraulic/mechanical systems. The candidate will represent Lockheed Martin and will require a positive, professional work attitude. Candidate must be able to maintain a good working relationship with the customer. Candidate will be required to deploy to OCONUS locations and to war zone locations. Candidate is required to take a post-offer, pre-employment physical to determine if individual is deployable. Must be able to obtain an (interim Secret Clearance within 90 day) after employment. Must obtain a passport within the first 60 days of employment.
Basic Qualifications
1. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
2. Repair & Replacement: Fixing or replacing faulty assemblies, modules, and cables.
3. Maintenance: Performing unit-level to Depot level maintenance on launchers (M270, HIMARS), knowledge on test equipment, and ability to use training devices.
4. Documentation: Completing maintenance forms, logs, and records. A working knowledge of Microsoft products.
5. Technical Skills: Working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and specialized test equipment like the IETM.
6. Quality Assurance & Safety: Conduct functional tests and post repair verification to ensure compliance with performance specifications and safety standards. Identify and report non conforming conditions; recommend corrective actions to senior leadership and engineering support.
Desired Skills
1. Logistics & Supply Support: Coordinate the requisition, receipt, and inventory control of spare parts, repair kits, and test equipment. Serve as a point of contact for export/import of critical support items when supporting forward deployed units or allied partners.
2. Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain an interim secret clearance within 90 days).
3. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 55 lbs., work in confined spaces, and operate at heights as required by launcher maintenance.
4. Liaison & Training: Coordinate and conduct briefings with senior levels of unit command and lower levels of unit personnel to include hip pocket training of the HIMARS fire control system. To represent Lockheed Martin and the LCLS Program as the Subject Matter Experts in the right choice for logistics and sustainment support.for logistics and sustainment support.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $44500.00 - $82700.00
