What You Will Be Doing As the Operations Engineer Senior you will be responsible for applying a broad set of engineering disciplines to enhance product manufacturability and reliability. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.

Apply industrial and manufacturing engineering techniques to optimize processes, equipment, and tooling. Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives that reduce waste and increase efficiency. Coordinate with supplier quality and qualityassurance teams to ensure compliance and highquality standards.

The position is in Clarksburg, WV Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool. Basic Qualifications Four year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Basic to complex problem solving methodologies utilizing lean principles and theories.

Awareness and use of CI applications in the manufacturing field. Green Belt Trained and certified and/or Black Belt trained or certified. Facilitation of small, mid, to large groups in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, problem solving events, and value stream mapping.

Desired Skills Industrial Engineering Degree Frequent inter-organizational and limited outside customer contacts. Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects. Ability to work cross functionally in a large organization interfacing with Sr.
