Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Camden, AR 71711, United States

Job Type: Full Time

Description

You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control team, responsible for developing best‑in‑class products and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical products and systems, including tooling and equipment, to support production efforts.
  • Develop tooling and equipment designs from engineering hardware specifications into complete technical data packages for fabrication.
  • Use Pro-Engineer or SolidWorks for design and documentation per company standards.
  • Provide engineering support to the production floor for issues and analyze problems in a team environment.
  • Research, plan, design, and develop mechanical systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines, and thermal/hydraulic systems for production, transmission, measurement, and energy use.
  • Apply research to planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical/electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and machines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • Knowledgeable of machine/tool mechanical design and general manufacturing/integration processes.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Creo, or SolidWorks.
  • Knowledgeable of engineering materials.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Security Clearance

This position requires a government security clearance: Secret. U.S. Citizenship is required.
