The SupplyChain organization drives the success of VLS programs by managing strategic subcontractor relationships, ensuring affordability, and guaranteeing performance across the entire lifecycle-from concept to sustainment.

The Subcontracts Program Manager will lead a highperforming team of subcontract professionals responsible for the VLS portfolio. This role will: - Strategic SupplyChain Leadership - Design and execute comprehensive subcontracting strategies that align with VLS program schedules, cost targets, and technical objectives. - Contract Negotiation & Administration - Lead complex subcontract negotiations, enforce FAR/DFAR/ITAR/EAR compliance, and maximize program value.

- Risk Identification & Mitigation - Proactively identify technical, schedule, cost, and compliance risks; develop and implement mitigation plans. - CrossFunctional Team Leadership - Manage and mentor engineers, quality, procurement, finance, and program staff to ensure seamless subcontract execution. - Stakeholder Collaboration - Build strong relationships with internal program leadership, external suppliers, and government customers.

- DataDriven Decision Making - Develop KPI dashboards, analyze supplychain data, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. - Proposal Support - Staff proposal activities, embedding supplychain best practices into SOW development, RFP creation, negotiation, and bid strategy. - Travel - Up to 25% travel to supplier sites, government customers, and program meetings (including international locations).

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum8years of progressive Subcontract/Contract Management experience in aerospace, defense, or hightechnology environments; - Demonstrated experience leading crossfunctional teams. - Knowledge of LM SupplyChain processes, LMAPs, and FAR/DFAR regulations.

- Active Interim Secret security clearance or above - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Desired Skills - Master's degree (preferred). - Active U.S

Secret security clearance - Experience with International Trade Compliance (ITC), import/export, and managing overseas suppliers. - Proven success negotiating highvalue, complex subcontracts. - Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Management (CAM).

- Ability to estimate Global Supply Chain (GSC) labor hours and materials for proposal efforts. - Familiarity with LMP2P reporting functions. - Experience leading Lean/SixSigma or other continuousimprovement initiatives.

- Proficiency with SAP, ProcuretoPay, and other supplychain systems. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
