Standard Job Description You will be the Contract Negotiation Mgr for the Contracts Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing contract capture, award, and administration across the full contract lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing As the Contract Negotiation Mgr you will be responsible for supervising contract staff, managing negotiations, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Recruit, train, and evaluate subordinate contract professionals, assigning work, setting salaries, and handling recognition or disciplinary actions. Coordinate contract solicitations, capture activities, negotiations, and award processes with program, finance, legal, engineering, and other functional partners. Serve as the authorized Company representative to customer buying officials, building relationships and managing contract performance.

Ensure contractual compliance with laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority requirements; lead internal and external audits. Collect contractual data, compile reports for corporate and businessarea requests, and develop training on contract best practices.
