About the Role

Druid Hills Golf Club is currently seeking a Men's Locker Room Attendant to join our team. As a Men's Locker Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests in the Men's Locker Room area. This includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting with member requests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Greet members and guests warmly and provide members with a high level of customer service.
  • Anticipate members needs and provide them
  • Maintain locker room cleanliness (including showers and restrooms) and ensure toiletries are stocked throughout the day.
  • Collect towels and deliver to laundry room.
  • Assist with locker assignments and maintain a record of locker usage.
  • Perform whirlpool maintenance.
  • Ensure member shoes are cleaned and shined in a timely manner.
  • This role requires interacting with members in varying states of dress and ensuring their privacy and comfort.

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
