Men’s Locker Room Attendant

Department: Food & Beverage
Location: Summit Rock Clubhouse
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager / Supervisor
Schedule: Flexible; includes weekends, holidays, and operational needs

Position Summary

The Men’s Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the men’s locker room, restrooms, comfort stations, and assigned outlet areas. This role supports a luxury private club environment by ensuring all spaces are consistently clean, stocked, and member-ready.

In addition, this position provides food and beverage service within locker rooms, lounge areas, and on-course comfort stations while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and high service standards.

From the relaxed setting of the 19th Hole Jacks to elevated dining across multiple venues, every detail is designed to deliver exceptional quality, service, and atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Member Service & Operations

  • Deliver attentive, professional, and discreet service to all members and guests
  • Respond promptly to requests and anticipate member needs
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership and team members
  • Support a collaborative, team-oriented work environment

Food & Beverage Service

  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately in POS (InfoGenesis)
  • Deliver orders promptly with proper presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, trays, and lounge spaces
  • Follow all service standards, portion control, and alcohol regulations
  • Assist with bar operations, inventory monitoring, and requisitioning
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all products

Facility Cleanliness & Presentation

  • Maintain the men’s locker room, restrooms, showers, patios, and comfort stations to luxury standards
  • Restock towels, toiletries, paper goods, and amenities throughout shift
  • Complete laundry duties (wash, dry, fold, organize, store)
  • Ensure all areas remain clean, organized, and member-ready at all times
  • Monitor and address cleanliness issues proactively

Comfort Stations & On-Course Support

  • Operate golf cart to service on-course comfort stations
  • Stock food, beverages, and supplies (water, sports drinks, snacks, etc.)
  • Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of all stations
  • Deliver grill items and assist members as needed
  • Clean and maintain carts and equipment daily
  • Secure all areas and equipment at closing

Presentation & Standards

  • Maintain locker room, sauna, and steam areas in pristine condition
  • Ensure towel displays and amenities are consistently stocked and neatly presented
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs to maintain standards
  • Maintain a clean, quiet, and comfortable private club environment

Privacy & Professionalism

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Respect member privacy, especially within locker room spaces
  • Provide service in a respectful and unobtrusive manner
  • Report any concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues immediately

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 (21+ preferred)
  • TABC Certification required
  • ServSafe (Food Handler) Certification required
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, private club, or resort environment preferred
