Role Summary

FP Movement is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance our digital commerce and user experience capabilities. This rolesits at the center of business, technology, analytics, and growth teams - ensuring initiatives aredelivered on time, aligned to strategic priorities, and drive meaningful business outcomes.This individual will play a critical role in driving large-scale digital and operational transformationefforts, with an initial focus on the evolution of our e-commerce into the future, inclusive of newtechnology and data initiatives that enhance personalization, customer experience, and decisioningcapabilities. Over time, this role may flex across a range of digital priorities, including platformenhancements, customer experience initiatives, and operational improvements.This position has high visibility with the FP Movement and URBN senior leadership and requires aleader who communicates with clarity and precision - proactively identifying risks, surfacingdecisions, and driving alignment across stakeholders, but especially driving progress.The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of autonomy, creates momentum across teamswithout direct authority, and consistently moves work forward while maintaining alignment tobroader business goals.

Role Responsibilities

Digital & Transformation Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of our digital commerce evolution, ensuring alignment to businessgoals, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Drive execution across a portfolio of initiatives, with initial emphasis on commerce (e.g.,personalization, check out, customer data, and localization). Translate business needs into actionable plans, ensuring alignment between businessstakeholders and technical teams. Contribute to shaping roadmaps and sequencing of work across digital and technologyteams.

Project & Program Management Build and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, andresource needs. Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies andescalating when needed. Establish and lead governance forums, status updates, and working sessions to maintainmomentum and alignment. Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as a key connector between business, digital, analytics, and technology teams. Build strong relationships and guide stakeholders through complex decisions to maintainforward progress.

Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership, including risks, dependencies, anddecisions required. Proactively identify and resolve misalignments across teams.Operational Readiness & Change Management Support adoption of new capabilities, tools, and processes through thoughtful rolloutplanning and communication Partner with teams to ensure operational readiness, including documentation, workflows,and governance models. Help teams adapt to new ways of working in a rapidly evolving digital environment.About you:

Role Qualifications

Project Management Expertise

6+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within digital, technology,retail, agentic or marketing environments. Experience working on complex companies, preferably multi-national or global in nature Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and deliver measurableoutcomes. Strong experience building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.

Digital, Marketing & Data Fluency Experience working on digital, marketing technology, e-commerce or data-related initiatives. Familiarity with concepts such as customer data, personalization, analytics, and digitalexperience platforms. Ability to translate between technical and business teams, simplifying complex concepts.

Leadership & Communication Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics for senioraudiences. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.Change Management Experience supporting rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, or capabilities. Ability to influence teams and drive alignment in evolving environments.
