OVERVIEW
The Creative Project Manager drives end-to-end execution of Marketing and Creative initiatives across retail and digital channels. This role owns the daily flow of work from intake through final delivery, ensuring projects move efficiently, meet deadlines, and align with business priorities.
Embedded within the Creative Services team and partnering closely with Marketing, Digital/Growth, Product, Design, Merchandising, Retail, and other cross-functional teams, this role balances strategic prioritization with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates roadblocks before they surface, and brings structure, clarity, and momentum to complex creative workflows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain and evolve seasonal and brand campaign timelines across editorial, digital touchpoints, retail, and other marketing channels as needed
  • Manage all project intake, assignments, and tracking within Asana
  • Assess and optimize Creative team bandwidth (Design + Copy), proactively prioritizing work to maximize impact
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, clarify deliverables, and align on timelines
  • Lead project kickoffs to ensure clear briefs, aligned expectations, and accurate timing
  • Communicate deadlines, approvals & status updates, keeping work on track and stakeholders informed
  • Anticipate risks, navigate shifting priorities, and drive solutions in fast-moving environments
  • Elevate workload constraints to leadership and recommend prioritization aligned to revenue and strategic goals
  • Identify workflow gaps and implement scalable process improvements
  • Oversee asset delivery across channels including email, site, retail, paid, social, and collateral
  • Conduct final quality control to ensure accuracy and readiness before release
  • Facilitate review meetings and approval processes to maintain momentum
  • Support video post-production schedules and approval workflows in partnership with the video team
  • Support with international translations and localization
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to Creative, Marketing, PR, Paid, Social, Experiential, CRM, Site, and People teams

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years relevant experience with 360 creative project management and content production workflows across digital, print, video, retail and more
  • Deep expertise in Asana or comparable project management platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and building credibility with senior leadership
  • Strong judgment in prioritization, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and frequent change; flexible and willingness to pivot on direction as needed
  • Process-minded with a track record of improving efficiency and scalability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital asset management systems
  • Curiosity around AI and its application within creative operations
  • Passion for wellness, fitness, and producing best-in-class health and lifestyle content

The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
