About the Role:


We are seeking an intern with strongproject coordination &basicgraphic designskillsto support day to day tasks within the International Brand & ContentTeam as well as tocommunicate withthecompany Creative Execution Team through Jira platform.
This role combines hands-on project management responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and effective coordination across stakeholders(working mainly with creativeexecution team based in Costa Rica)with some basic graphicasset's adjustments (such as social media posts, brochures, banners, flyers) (approx. 70% project coordination - 30% graphic design).

The ideal candidatehas an impeccable eye and refined, premium taste which can then easily translate into materials and feedback,is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities whilemaintaininghigh quality standards. A keycomponentof this role is Jiraplatformmanagement, including task creation, tracking, reporting, and ensuring workflows move forward efficientlyand ensuring that delivered materials are in line with needs andfeedback.


Your Responsibilities:


Project Coordination & Operational Support

  • Own the day-to-day coordination of projects and deliverables, ensuring tasks move forward according to agreed timelines.
  • Manage project workflows through Jira, including:
  • Creating and assigning tickets
  • Updating statuses and priorities
  • Making sure the project is being developed in line with the creative brief
  • Monitoringprogress,deadlinesand blockers
  • Ensuring deliverables are properly documented and tracked
  • Track project progress, pending actions, and key milestones to ensure on-time execution.
  • Support cross-functional alignment by coordinating follow-ups with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, Supply,Purchasing, etc.).
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas when needed, capture action items, and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, files, and version control to avoid errors and rework.
  • Coordinate operational processes including purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), invoice follow-up, and vendor-related documentation whenrequired.

Design & Creative Execution

  • Develop and adapt marketing and internal materials, including presentations, brochures, templates, and other brand assets.
  • Ensure consistent application of branding guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Support the preparation of final files for internal use and external productione.g.printing.
  • Assistwith revisions, formatting, and localization of materials as needed.

Requirements:


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor or postgraduate studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Able to sign internship agreement within univerity and company.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and strong interest in project coordination.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • English- fluent ornative speaker
  • Additionallanguage like Spanish, French, German etc. is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (requiredIllustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint (required).
  • Intermediateproficiency in Excel.
