  • Own regional product strategy and offering roadmap, defining technical specifications and growth plans aligned to market needs.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, tracking performance, driving cost/upgrade actions, and making decisions on portfolio evolution and end-of-life.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between local markets and cross-functional teams, supporting development stage gates, localization, and successful product launches/ramp-up.
  • Drive portfolio competitiveness and innovation by analyzing customer needs and market trends, prioritizing development, defining targets (technical, cost, price), and executing go-to-market and communication strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years OR Associate's degree and 12 years of work experience in a complex industrial manufacturing business environment required.
  • Technical, Sales, and Go-To-Market knowledge of AC Motors and Applications - Preferred.
  • Progressive experience in product management and customer relationship management.
  • Proven track record of cross functional collaboration, excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic mindset and passion to drive business results.
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
