Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP S/4HANA OTC Developer to support
the rollout and enhancement of our global S/4HANA 1909 template across LATAM
markets, with a focus on service-centric operations. The ideal candidate will have
strong hands-on expertise in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes, localization for key
LATAM countries, and a solid understanding of interface design and regional
compliance requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP OTC processes, including order management, billing,
and tax handling, with a focus on LATAM-specific requirements (e.g., electronic
invoicing, tax localization).
• Design and implement pricing procedures aligned with global and regional
business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
between OTC and related modules (FI, SD, Tax).
• Develop and enhance custom interfaces (XML, PDF, email), enabling integration
with external systems and access to archived content within contracts, sales
orders, and billing documents.
• Provide solutions to production issues, perform impact analysis, and support
enhancements across the OTC landscape.
• Leverage SAP BTP tools (e.g., Integration Suite, workflow, or custom apps) to
support OTC-related digital solutions (preferred but not required).
• Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance
testing (UAT) for LATAM rollouts.
• Collaborate with country SMEs and deployment teams to ensure compliance
with local legal and fiscal regulations.
 
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SD/OTC with at least one end-to-end
implementation in LATAM (Argentina, Mexico, or Brazil).
• Strong knowledge of SAP pricing procedures, billing, and tax configuration.
• Experience with localization and compliance requirements in LATAM, including
electronic invoicing and regional tax rules.
• Proven experience designing and supporting interfaces involving structured
outputs and document retrieval.
• Effective communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus).
• Experience working on global SAP templates with local market adaptation.
 
Preferred Attributes
• Familiarity with SAP BTP Integration Suite or SAP CPI is a plus.
• Familiarity with working in complex multi-system interfaces and landscapes.
• Understanding of financial services industry.
