You'll drive high-impact initiatives across content strategy, vertical operations, and creator ecosystem growth, directly shaping platform engagement and business outcomes. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities The Creator Manager intern will own and grow a portfolio of top-tier LIVE creators, helping them build sustainable, professional careers on LIVE. This role combines relationship management, performance analysis, strategic coaching, and hands-on creator support. You will develop a deep understanding of each creator's content, audience, monetization, and goals; identify their biggest growth opportunities; and work directly with creators to test strategies that improve revenue, engagement, audience growth, and LIVE activity. Key Responsibilities Creator Relationship Management - Build strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of top LIVE creators. - Conduct regular 1:1s to understand creators' goals, challenges, motivation, and feedback. Performance Analysis & Coaching - Monitor creator performance across key metrics including revenue, LIVE duration, traffic, engagement, gifter conversion, ARPPU, and retention. - Identify strengths and areas for improvement to develop individualized coaching plans based on each creator's performance and goals. - Diagnose significant changes in revenue, streaming hours, traffic, or audience behavior and develop recovery plans. Growth Strategy & Experimentation - Partner with creators to develop and test new strategies across content, traffic, engagement, monetization, and retention. - Help creators develop stronger LIVE formats, recurring programming, characters, gameplay, and audience interactions. - Design measurable experiments, track results, and identify which strategies should be iterated, scaled to additional creators, or added to the broader creator playbook. - Identify best practices from top-performing creators and translate them into actionable strategies for the broader creator ecosystem. What Success Looks Like A successful Creator Manager: - Knows their LIVE creators deeply-not just their metrics, but their content, audience, goals, and challenges. - Proactively identifies performance issues and opportunities rather than waiting for creators to ask for help. - Uses data to develop specific, actionable coaching recommendations. - Builds enough trust that creators openly share challenges and feedback. - Consistently runs experiments and turns successful learnings into repeatable playbooks. - Helps creators increase revenue, LIVE activity, audience growth, engagement, and long-term retention.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree - Strong relationship-building and communication skills with experience managing creators, talent, clients, or other high-value partners. - Highly analytical and comfortable using performance data to diagnose problems and identify opportunities. - Creative thinker who can generate content and growth ideas tailored to individual creators. - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and balancing relationship management with quantitative performance goals. - Strong ownership mindset and ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams. Preferred Qualifications - Genuine interest in creator content and the ability to understand what makes an individual creator uniquely compelling. - Strong understanding of LIVE creator content, social platforms, audience development, and monetization.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
