Job description

Post Production & Delivery Intern

A24 is seeking to hire a Post Production & Delivery intern to support the team starting September 2026. Must be available 2 days in the NY office, up to 15 hours per week. This is an in-person internship in our Manhattan office.

Initial Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipping and tracking deliveries
  • Take meeting notes as requested
  • Research Post and Delivery tools for future initiatives
  • Compress EPK footage, handle transcriptions of EPK's and trailers, distribute links as needed
  • Pull clean clips for marketing use, trailers, TV spots and social assets
  • Pull high res stills from ProRes files for print vendors
  • Download, ingest and watermark various video files and documents
  • Assist with reviewing localization assets for accuracy
  • Assist with anti-piracy initiatives
  • Assist with home entertainment metadata, as needed
  • Assist with QC picture/audio assets, as needed

Archive Management

  • Update inventories as assets get moved between facilities
  • Reach out to labs for archival materials
  • Log and organize film documents and drives

Qualifications

  • Able to work in-office in our New York location
  • 1+ years in post-production environment, or relevant internship experience
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft Office, Shipping and Receiving
