What You Will Be Doing
  • Work in conjunction with the Solutions Engineering team to gather and analyze configuration requirements from clients
  • Draft project plans containing the implementation details and timelines, including risk analysis
  • Ensure the deadlines of the implementation timeline are met
  • Coordinate with the clients´ internal teams while overseeing GlobalLink product implementation
  • Execute and verify the configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools based on client requirements
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact and point of technical escalation for clients
  • Assist the support team with any client configuration issues
  • Be involved in the life cycle of GlobalLink products by working closely with the Product Management team, reporting client technical issues and requesting new functionalities for products based on direct client exposure
  • Become the spokesperson of the team for one or more of our products if desired
  • Mentor new team members as needed
  • Prepare trainings and procedures to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's work
  • Contribute to internal projects
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Who We Are Looking For Your experience includes
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or it’s equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Project management and client solution implementation experience
  • Investigation and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work with remote teams using online messaging

  • Be financially responsible and make sound financial decisions
  • Understanding of and/or exposure to Web Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, etc.), eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP [Hybris], Magento, etc.) and other Content Management Systems (Veeva, Contentful, etc.)
  • Experience with Corrective and Preventive Action processes
  • Foreign language ability a plus
