**This is a local, hourly position that allows you to be home every night**

Snider Fleet Solutions is hiring a Local Truck Delivery Driver to pick up and deliver customer tires and wheels using a 26' truck (up to 26,000 lbs). This is a customer-facing role that follows assigned routes and schedules. Safe driving, reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication are key to getting the job done right and keeping customers satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a 26’ foot truck to deliver commercial tires, wheels, and other items
  • Ensure proper loading/unloading of inventory and ensuring paperwork is correct
  • Maintain a safe driving record, follow all safety rules/PPE requirements, and conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Keep truck clean, stocked, and maintained
  • Support warehouse/service staff with tire handling and equipment use
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding schedules, delays, violations, accidents, or breakdowns
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adherence to policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • At least 1+ years of experience (preferably within the industry)
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass backgrounds screening and insurable by company standards

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Valid Driver's License and must be insurable to drive by company standards
  • DOT Medical Certification (upon hire)

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use road maps, smart phones, and GPS devices
