Responsibilities
As a Massage Therapist at Elements Massage of Bellingham, you'll have the opportunity to focus on what you do best-providing personalized, high-quality massage therapy and helping clients feel their best.
  • Provide customized massage therapy based on each client's individual needs and wellness goals.
  • Conduct professional consultations to understand client preferences, areas of concern, and desired outcomes.
  • Customize each session using appropriate techniques, pressure, and modalities within your scope of practice.
  • Educate clients on massage therapy, self-care, and recommendations that support their ongoing wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client session notes and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment room.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
  • Maintain required state licensing and complete studio training requirements.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and leadership team to provide a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and deliver care consistent with Elements Massage standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive team environment.

  • Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
  • Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification in the state of Washington.
  • Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.

We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.
