What You'll Do:

• Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers.
• Provide immediate and effective responses to emergency situations.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.

 PRN: This PRN (Pro Re Nata) position is scheduled on an as-needed basis to provide support during call-offs, vacations, and other coverage needs. Hours are not guaranteed,  scheduling is flexible and based on availability and facility needs

Requirements

Qualifications You Bring:

• Current certifications in Lifeguarding and First Aid, current CPR/AED
• certification or able to get certified before hire date. Must keep all
• certifications current while employed.
• Thorough knowledge and application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue
• techniques, facility characteristics, rules, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, decision making, leadership, public relations skills.
• Punctuality and low rate of call off is imperative. See employee manual for
• absenteeism guidelines.
