Position Summary
Seis Kitchen is looking for friendly, energetic, and service-focused Servers to join our team! As a Server, you play a key role in providing a welcoming experience for our guests while ensuring prompt and thoughtful service. We are a growing, local business that takes pride in serving award-winning food made with fresh ingredients. If you love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you!
We believe in work-life balance and are closed on major holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Free meals and discounts are available daily!
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional service, answering questions about the menu and accommodating dietary needs.
  • Ensure tables and the dining area remain clean and organized.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with side work, stocking, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Support fellow team members to create a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Requirements:
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
