Job description

Marketing Manager, SEO & Digital Experience

Founded in 2019, Corus Orthodontists is one of the fastest-growing orthodontic partnership networks in North America.  Our network is owned and operated by doctor partners who share a deeply collaborative spirit, an unwavering ambition to provide the world’s best patient care, and an innate growth mindset.  We created Corus to be the place where doctors and their teams truly share in each other’s success and improve the quality of patient care by coming together as true partners.  We believe that those who go together, go further.

The Opportunity:

As the Marketing Manager, SEO & Digital Experience, you'll lead the digital experiences that shape how patients discover, evaluate, and choose our practices. You'll own the strategy and performance of our websites, Google Business Profiles, reputation management, review generation, and local SEO across a growing network of more than 55 orthodontic practices.

Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and agency partners, you'll identify growth opportunities, prioritize digital initiatives, and build scalable programs that improve organic visibility, patient conversion, and the consistency of our digital presence across the network.

You'll also serve as a trusted marketing advisor to our practices—guiding website launches, presenting digital strategies and performance insights, leading educational sessions, and ensuring practices feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

What You Will Love About Corus:

  • Being part of a collaborative and engaging team that prioritizes employee development.
  • Learning from an experienced team of professionals.
  • A competitive total rewards package with an employee benefits program that includes comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, and an employee & family assistance program.
  • This is a permanent, full-time role with a flexible work structure where team members can choose to work remotely or from the office, depending on location and personal work preferences.

What You Will Love Doing:

Enterprise Website Strategy & Optimization

  • Own the strategic roadmap for Corus' website ecosystem, identifying enhancements that improve patient experience and conversion.
  • Partner with agencies to oversee website migrations and upgrades across a multi-location network, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear website priorities, recommending new content, service pages, and other improvements that strengthen digital performance.
  • Oversee website governance and project execution, ensuring requests are appropriately prioritized, routed, and completed.

Local Search, Listings & Online Reputation Management

  • Drive the health and performance of business listings and local search visibility across 55+ practice locations.
  • Partner with agency teams to strengthen online reputation across the network.
  • Evaluate emerging search trends, including AI-powered search experiences, and recommend initiatives that increase visibility and patient discovery.
  • Establish enterprise standards for listings, digital profiles, and reputation management to ensure high performance across all markets.

 Performance & Growth

  • Own project execution within Asana, creating project plans, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and improving templates for repeatable success.
  • Establish the performance framework and build scalable reporting for Corus' digital ecosystem, defining KPIs and success metrics across organic growth.
  • Leverage data and analytics to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and prioritize initiatives that improve visibility, engagement, and patient acquisition.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital programs, recommending continuous improvements based on performance data.

Agency Management & Practice Partnership

  • Serve as the Corus liaison for digital initiatives, partnering directly with doctors, practice managers, and operational leaders.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for web, listings, and reputation management agency partners.
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize scope and project roadmaps, ensuring agency efforts align with organizational goals.
  • Continuously evaluate performance, identifying opportunities to improve processes, scalability, and overall return on investment.

 All About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience managing digital marketing programs that drive organic visibility and patient acquisition.
  • Experience supporting multi-location brands, franchise, or enterprise digital marketing programs required (Dental Service Organization experience strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity of AI search optimization — how LLMs surface brand information and how to structure content to influence that presence.
  • Strong project management skills required with experience using platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Teamwork, or similar.
  • Experience leading external agencies or vendor partners to deliver strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and reporting to inform decisions.

As part of the final interview process, selected candidates will be asked to provide examples of completed project deliverables.
