Job description

Location Requirement: Applicants must reside within the assigned territory; however, they are not required to live in the specific city listed as the posting location. The territory includes the following branch locations:

  • Ridgeland, MS
  • Newton, MS
  • Oxford, MS
  • Starkville, MS
  • Clarksdale, MS
  • Greenwood, MS
  • Leland, MS
  • Cullman, AL
  • Moulton, AL
  • Florence, AL
  • Northport, AL

Applicants residing within any of the above locations, or the surrounding service areas within the assigned territory, are eligible to apply.

Summary
Supports the Association within the Marketing team by directly assisting branches with marketing support, lead management, content creation, and event coordination.

Branch Marketing Support
Serve as primary marketing contact for approximately 10 - 13 branches within an assigned territory
Conduct monthly meetings with assigned VPL's to identify priorities and branch needs
Visit each assigned branch a minimum of twice annually
Build relationships with branch managers, lending staff, and regional leadership
Coordinate local marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and events
Salesforce & Lead Management
Promote Salesforce adoption across assigned branches
Reinforce lead management and CRM documentation processes
Assist with lead pipeline visibility and reporting
Help ensure marketing-generated opportunities are properly documented and tracked
Support data integrity efforts that connect marketing activity to funded loan volume
Content Creation
Serve as primary field content creator for assigned territory
Capture customer stories, testimonials, photos, and videos
Develop content aligned with overall content strategy
Support SEO and AI-search visibility through authentic local content
Identify compelling customer and community stories
Events & Sponsorships
Coordinate customer appreciation events and trade shows
Manage local sponsorships ensuring maximum exposure
Support branch participation in community events
Capture content and customer stories from events
Local Marketing Execution
Coordinate direct mail, postcard and other marketing campaigns
Support local paid social campaigns
Assist with email marketing initiatives
Utilize Complete Bank Data (CBD) and other targeting resources to support local campaigns


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Background in Ag or Ag Lending preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Moderate travel will be required, including occasional overnight stays
