Meats By Linz, Inc. is seeking to add talent to the Logistics team in the Dallas area!
Job Description:
Full-time Drivers work eight or more hours per day delivering proteins to a variety of Meats By Linz customers 5 days a week. Workdays may vary depending on business and consumer needs. This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves lifting, lowering and carrying packages that typically weigh anywhere from 25 - 50 lbs. and may weigh up to 100 lbs. The position requires outstanding customer service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain clear and constant communication with management throughout one's shift to report updates, incidents, clarifications, or any other information that needs to be shared.
  • Obey local and state traffic laws and follow the Company's transportation procedures.
  • Ensure packages are delivered on time and accurately.
  • Follow assigned routes for deliveries.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicle and equipment to ensure that they are in proper working condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills while delivering on routes.

Job Requirements
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Must have knowledge of the DOT Regulations and the routes in the Dallas and Suburbs Area.
  • A DOT physical exam is required.
  • Qualified applicants must have a valid CDL (A / B / C) with a Safe Driving Record.
  • Must pass a supervised road test.
  • Must be capable of carrying and stocking a variety of products including boxes that are approximately 50 lbs. and be capable of lifting at least 75 lbs.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service and/or delivery experience is preferred.
  • Must have excellent customer service, communication and driving skills.
  • Drivers are expected to comply with MBL appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and willing to handle a variety of responsibilities.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Must have a consistently positive attitude and be able to work well with customers and other employees.
  • Be Motivated, Passionate, Hardworking Philosophy and Goal driven.
  • Must be seeking for Long Term Employment.
