CDL Route Driver - Local Routes in St. Helena, CA

Upper Valley Disposal - A Waste Connections Company

Are you a dependable CDL driver looking for a stable, local opportunity in Napa Valley? Join our team inSt. Helena, CA, and enjoy early shifts, competitive pay, and excellent benefits-all while serving your community.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate a garbage truck safely on designated routes in and around St. Helena.

  • Read route sheets and service each customer as scheduled.

  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basicvehicle maintenance.

  • Load and unload waste materials-sometimes without a helper.

  • Use hydraulic controls to lift and dispose of refuse.

  • Interact courteously with customers and represent our company professionally.

What You'll Need:

  • ValidClass B CDLwithair brakesendorsement.

  • Validmedical card.

  • 3+ years ofCDL drivingexperience.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.

  • Basic truck knowledge and ability to complete inspections.

  • Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.

Work Conditions:

  • Physically demanding work withheavy liftingand exposure to outdoor elements.

  • Moderate noise and occasional exposure to mechanical risks-safety is our top priority.
