Visionary Construction Inc is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent specializing in roofing to join our team as a 1099 contractor in Farmington, NM. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned roofing professional to lead projects with autonomy while working with a forward-thinking construction company. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day roofing construction operations on job sites in Farmington, NM
  • Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and material deliveries to ensure project timelines are met
  • Conduct site inspections to enforce quality control and safety compliance standards
  • Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to guide roofing installation
