Peters Brothers, Inc. is seeking local CDL A reefer drivers to join our team in Lenhartsville, PA. Youll be hauling refrigerated freight in 53 multi-zone temperature trailers with no-touch freight.

Compensation

  • Average annual pay: $70,000 to $85,000
    • Paid $25.00/hour with 50+hours weekly
    • Overtime pay after 8 hours daily and 40 hours weekly
  • Bonuses:
    • Quarterly Safety Bonus: $150
    • End of Year Safety Bonus
    • Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $135 for any inspection level
    • Referral bonus: $4,500 paid in 3 installments of $1,500 within 90 days
  • Additional Pay:Seniority pay increase
  • Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 24 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license

  • No DUI/DWIs within last 10 years
  • No major accidents or violations within last 3 years
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
