We’re hiring aProduct & Services Managerto lead the launch, adoption, and expansion of our technology across a large, complex customer network that includes restaurants, distribution centers (DCs), and suppliers. In this role, you’ll own end-to-end deployments and operational performance, working directly with customer teams and partners while collaborating closely with internal Product, Engineering, Hardware, and Implementation teams. You’ll ensure our solutions are not only launched successfully, but become an essential part of day-to-day operations at scale. This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys turning operational complexity into scalable, repeatable solutions that deliver measurable value.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Chicago, IL

Compensation: Base $125,000-$135,000 (depending on relevant experience and work location) + performance bonus + equity

Essential functions

Restaurant Launch & Operations

  • Lead and execute large-scale store launches, owning KPIs for 100s of restaurant launches in 2026
  • Ensure smooth deployment and adoption of technology and services at each location
  • Partner with internal teams to improve and scale launch processes and product features
  • Define and track ongoing operational KPIs post-launch
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues and drive resolution
  • Build trusted relationships with operators and customer stakeholders
  • Create and maintain launch and onboarding playbooks

Distribution Center Operations

  • Design and launch scalable DC workflows to operationalize and support deployment of Chorus technologies
  • Coordinate with DC partners to integrate required operational data sources (e.g., WMS, picking systems)
  • Develop SOPs to ensure efficient, accurate execution by DC and internal teams
  • Define and track ongoing operational KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement to increase reliability, efficiency, and scale
  • Define and manage value-added services such as delivery management and cold-chain monitoring
  • Lead supplier onboarding and ongoing support as vendors adopt Chorus technologies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and integration partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, including direct engagement with key partners
  • Monitor supplier KPIs, identify issues, and drive resolution
  • Help suppliers understand and realize the value of increased visibility and data insights
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and value beyond initial deployments
Must have
  • 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, supply chain operations, or a customer-facing product role
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with external partners or customers
  • Strong operational mindset with experience defining and tracking performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop processes and solutions at scale
  • Experience creating playbooks, SOPs, or operational documentation
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, retail, QSR, or industrial technology environments
  • Familiarity with warehouse or distribution center operations
  • Background in launching products or services across large, distributed networks
Nice to have
  • Experience working with hardware-enabled products
  • Understanding of sensor technologies
