As a Store Manager, you will develop a dynamic team that is focused on the client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
- Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent
- Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
- Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals
- Create foot traffic through community involvement
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment
- Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
- 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.
