Responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff OR back of house staff
  • Supervise, train and develop employees
  • Coordinate with all staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery
  • Plan and execute catering orders and deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
  • Ensure excellent guest service and guest satisfaction
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain cash accountability
